A lease in South Portland by Cleveland-based painting supply manufacturer Sherwin-Williams Co. lease is considered ideal for its proximity to I-295, the Maine Mall and the Portland International Jetport.
The lease of 13,100 square feet of warehouse and office space, at 2325 Broadway, is part of a masonry-constructed building dating back to 2004 and totaling 21,000 square feet.
The landlord is 2325 Broadway LLC.
Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers facilitated the deal.
The space includes warehouse area with high clearance, office suites and functional amenities considered well-suited to Sherwin-Williams’ operations, according to a news release.
The site includes on-site parking, overhead drive-through door access and prominent pylon and building signage opportunities.

Sherwin-Williams (NYSE: SHW) has over 5,000 stores globally, according to its website. Net sales for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, increased 2.1% to $23.57 billion.
