Skowhegan Press has purchased the business of the North Anson-based Carrabassett Marketing and Printing for an undisclosed price.
The companies said in a press release that the purchase does not include a the North Anson location of Carrabassett Marketing and Printing. The new printer, owned by Jeremy Martinez, plans to consolidate production and bookkeeping in Skowhegan for all of the customers it will take over.
Jay and Nancy Marshall, sellers of the North Anson firm, said the sale will allow them to focus on their public relations and marketing services firm, Nancy Marshall Communications.
