How would you describe your company’s core mission? To bring unique, high-quality and original seafood to the frozen seafood category.

What were the key factors in your company’s growth? The seafood market has not seen a lot of innovation or value-added products. In recent years we’ve brought innovation to the category.

How have you adjusted to the rapid growth? One key for this year is as we’ve grown we’ve gained efficiency in production.

Do you have plans to hire additional employees? We’ll hire one key employee this year, a director of operations, who will be responsible for the supply chain and product quality and we plan to hire 3-4 more people in 2017.

What can we expect for 2017? We’re going to all natural ingredients by Jan. 1. We also plan to add a line of lower fat hamburgers in 2017 called the Brava! burger.
