Position: Sales Support – Systems Manager

My current role has been focused on a key initiative project to develop and implement a configurator tool for our Inside Sales team. This project not only taught me new skills, it has enabled me to collaborate with other highly talented team members from other parts of the organization. Working on this cross-functional team has grown me professionally in many ways and has instilled a deeper appreciation for the roles that others play which help to make our organization a leader within our industry. I am always eager to tackle any challenge presented to help find the right solution for Southworth to support our continuous improvement philosophy. Southworth provides opportunity for people from all walks of life. It is this type of culture that inspires me, and I am proud to be a part of it!
