Portland developer Daniel Catlin, CEO of Commercial Properties Inc., has filed a site plan review application with the Damariscotta Planning Board to construct three commercial buildings with room for six businesses.
The Lincoln County News reported that plans for the 11-acre Main Street property call for a bank with a drive-thru, five retail spaces and 142 parking spaces.
In April, the Bangor Daily News reported that Catlin led the development of several lots at Topsham Fair Mall, and continues to own properties he has developed after construction.
“I’m a landlord, so we manage and remain very actively involved in our properties,” Catlin told the BDN in April.
Catlin’s project is scheduled to go before the Damariscotta Planning Board on Aug. 7.
