Britt Gilbert returns to WGTECH, a full-service Information Technology (IT) MSP/VAR located in Westbrook, Maine, after 14 years in the insurance industry, most recently a Strategic Account Consultant for Anthem since 2017. Britt is well versed in client management with a centralized emphasis on the overall experience. In her prior role, she served as a collaborative partner developing a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and finding a solution to best fit the respective demographic. She works quickly and efficiently, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyal connections. Back at WGTECH, Britt is excited to join the sales team as an Account Executive, where she can combine exceptional customer service with product knowledge to create longstanding client relationships. Outside of work, Britt enjoys her family and the outdoors, especially on a snowy trail with her dogs.
