Wood Structures Inc., a wood truss manufacturer and distributor of engineered wood products based in Biddeford, is buying a Boston distribution and service center from Weyerhaeuser Co., a leader in the forest products industry.
Wood Structures’ president Frank Paul did not discuss the details regarding the company’s acquisition of the iLevel service center, which reconfigures wood fibers to make them more consistent and predictable, according to a press release.
