A roundup of new hires, promotions and achievements at businesses, nonprofits, health care institutions and professional services firms in Maine.

Ben Dinsmore, the incoming general manager and CEO, brings more than 25 years of global experience to the role, succeeding John Warnock, who resigned in March.
