With dining habits changing, Maine restaurants rush to adapt

Lobstermen: Loss of sustainability label will impact sales

The Marine Stewardship Council plans to take action to suspend the sustainable certification Dec. 15. Certification is required by some large seafood buyers, so the suspension could affect lobstermen’s ability to sell their catch.

Luke’s Lobster to add Seattle retail location

The company will have 20 retail locations in the U.S., Singapore and Japan after it opens its latest lobster "shack" this winter.

The Institute for Family-Owned Business honored a range of businesses. Winners included Kennebec Cabin Co. of Manchester, whose owners achieved worldwide fame from the "Maine Cabin Masters" reality show.
