A new corporate office facility for a Portland health care center is being built to accommodate a range of flexible workspace options, with waterfront views. 

In a prepared statement, Martin's Point Health Care said it "vigorously disputes" the claim, and that the government "paid Martin’s Point exactly the amounts that were negotiated and agreed to, no more."

The medical group practice, which has six patient centers in Maine and New Hampshire, is preparing to build an administration center with more than 50,000 square feet of space.
