In recent years, with more than $200 million in combined investment from Colby College, investors and small businesses, with help from tax incentives, the downtown is undergoing a major transformation.

Awards are bestowed in five categories in a competitive process, when a panel of judges name the year’s best construction projects. 

Cianbro, N.S. Giles Foundations, Landry/French Construction, Consigli and Soderberg Construction were all cited for work in the past year.
