The Peck Building, which dates to 1893, was the longtime home to the B. Peck & Co. department store and was later an L.L.Bean call center. 

The buyer is the conservation group Penobscot Bay Waterkeeper, which paid Nordic Aquafarms Inc. $1.5 million for the site.
