A new corporate office facility for a Portland health care center is being built to accommodate a range of flexible workspace options, with waterfront views. 

A 42,000-square-foot veterinary hospital being built in Falmouth will be the largest facility of its kind in the state. The practice sees about 200 patients per day.

Now in a 45,000-square-foot aging facility, the Y would double its size and have expanded offerings.

In recognition of the $250,000 gift from the Prentice Organization for USM's new McGoldrick Center for Career & Student Success, there will be a Prentice Board Room on the center's second floor.
