Tyler Norod joined the organization in 2021, after having worked as a development officer for Avesta Housing, where he led projects across southern Maine and New Hampshire.

Westbrook Development Corporation is partnering with the city of Biddeford to build a 40-unit affordable housing complex — the first phase of the nonprofit’s broader housing development plan for Biddeford.
