Planned renovations at the Holiday Inn By the Bay include new wallpaper and fresh paint in both the Grand Ballroom and Pre-Function space as well as updated lighting and audiovisual offerings. The project is slated for completion in early February.

Wright-Ryan Construction is working on the Hotel Ursa on the University of Maine Campus, while DeStefano & Associates has been busy building Aroma Joe's outlets and a Dunkin shop.

The 95-room boutique hotel is finishing construction and already beginning to accept reservations on its website.
