About the presenter: Emily Danchuk began her career in intellectual property working at an IP firm in New York City. Emily has extensive experience in prosecution, enforcement and licensing of copyrights and trademarks and works with small business owners and artists to help them efficiently and effectively protect an important aspect of their businesses. Emily operates her own private practice, Danchuk Law, LLC. She is admitted to practice in Maine, New York and Pennsylvania and is admitted to various bars, federal courts and legal associations.
