On September 9th, more than 275 colleagues, business partners, friends, and family members gathered to recognize the 2026 Outstanding Women in Business. From expanding access to food and housing, to creating new educational opportunities, strengthening organizations and growing businesses, this year’s honorees represent the many ways women are helping build stronger companies, communities and a brighter future for Maine. We are grateful to everyone who came together to recognize their accomplishments and celebrate the leadership, dedication and impact they bring to their work every day.

The Mainebiz Outstanding Women in Business award honors women presidents, CEOs, executive directors, and senior leaders who are making exceptional contributions to their organizations, industries, and Maine’s economy. Honorees will be featured in the August 10th issue of Mainebiz and celebrated at a special reception in September.
