Brett Wickard

The Portland-based purveyor of music, books, movies and games opened the store inside the North Windham Shopping Center in 1991.

Brett Wickard plans to serve in the role until the company finds a successor for Shawn Nichols, who has stepped down after his wife landed her dream job in a location too far away for him to stay on with Bull Moose. 

FieldStack, developed by the founder of Bull Moose, integrates aspects of the retail environment — ecommerce, stores, warehouses, special orders, point-of-sale devices, curbside pick-up and self-check-out units.

The company was looking for a larger space with “a solid collaborative layout.” As a retail support service, being around more retailers is an additional benefit.

The Portland-based music and entertainment retailer will close its Sanford store and move into a Biddeford storefront formerly occupied by Nubble Books.
