The open-air event, produced by a Portland business called Fête Market, will be held Aug. 30 with another planned for October.

The deal includes 464,000 square feet of space across 13 buildings. There are plans to redevelop 100,000 square feet of vacant industrial space.

The private school, which paid $5.25 million for 350 U.S. Route 1, says it will house students and faculty in the complex, which is walking distance to the main campus in Yarmouth.

The new sales operations manager has managed hardware and Wi-Fi systems and also taught flying throughout Maine.

Tenants in the building include Tom’s of Maine, Kennebunk Resort Collection, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Duffy’s Tavern & Grill and Saltwater Home Interior Design.
