Once completed, the 16,600-square-foot build will offer 3,200 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The upper three floors will have 17 apartments, a mix of one-bedroom and studio units.

The village of Berwick is in the midst of a building boom that will add a total of 265 housing units and 30 commercial spaces to the downtown, along with a new “Main Street” at the project’s center.
