The result will be a single mutual holding company, to be called ClearNorth Financial Mutual Holding Co. The banks themselves will continue to operate under their own names, brands, charters and boards of directors. 

Jim Roche joined the organization in August 2021 after leading the Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire for 17 years.
