Initial sealed bids on the 46-plus acre property are due by Wednesday, May 27, with the top five to be selected the following day amid the ongoing bankruptcy case.
The company, part of Atlantic Hospitality, lists both liabilities and assets between $10 million and $50 million in a 14-page filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine.
The auction is expected to take place on-site at the camping resort on Thursday, March 5, at 1 p.m., at 277 Mills Road, U.S. Route 9 in Kennebunkport.Â

A former Planet Fitness location in the Five Points plaza in Biddeford is now Orange Circuit Fitness, which is one of the revamped shopping center's newest tenants.
The former movie theater included six separate screening rooms that are perfect fits for pickleball courts; two smaller screen rooms will house sports simulator bays.
The project preserved the original structure and added 15 cottages and 17 spa suites with terraces. Features include custom wallpaper, furniture and fixtures.
