Nautilus Marine Fabrication Inc. has purchased 2317 U.S. Highway 1 in Sullivan to expand the retail side of its business. The 1,700-square-foot, steel-frame building, which is on 5.5 acres, was on the market less than two months. It sold for $250,000, in a deal that closed July 29.

Taunton Bay Oyster Co. hopes to double production
