Bissell Brothers, which has a brewery and taproom at Thompson's Point in Portland, opened its new Three Rivers taproom in Milo to the public on Saturday. The owners, brothers Peter and Noah Bissell, are natives of Milo, which is in Piscataquis County, 40 miles north of Bangor.
