In Piscataquis County, the van will stop at the Piscataquis Community Center, at 48 Park St. in Dover-Foxcroft, the last Wednesday of each month, starting April 29. 

The Belfast location will accommodate the growth of manufacturing to make, package and ship the mixes. Baking will remain in Northport.

The 18,850-square-foot shopping center is located at the entrance to Belfast and anchored by Belfast Drug Co.. Additional tenants included New China, Sherwin-Williams, Rent-A-Center, Goodwill and U.S. Cellular.

The acquisition by Safe Harbor Marinas is expected to close in January. It is an all-cash deal; terms were not disclosed.

The midcoast has had a number of key developments of late, including the sale of a major boatyard, a yacht launch by a significant boatbuilder and debate over housing for the “missing middle.”

In addition to 260 units in the pipeline now, additional proposals include an eight-lot subdivision for single family and multifamily development and 10 apartments in three buildings.

The buyer is the conservation group Penobscot Bay Waterkeeper, which paid Nordic Aquafarms Inc. $1.5 million for the site.

The prospective buyer, Safe Harbor Marinas, is the largest marina and superyacht servicing business in the U.S.

Grump & Sunshine, a Belfast-based bookstore specializing in romance novels, plans to move to Portland's East End.

Maine State Credit Union has hired Paul Doody as senior vice president of commercial banking. He will focus on business development and commercial lending.
