The Mainebiz Women’s Leadership Forum brings together a panel of women leaders who will share their unique experiences and perspectives. Our panelists will tell their personal stories and key learnings.

In this session, we will discuss the topic of leading through change: ways to sustain a strong culture, keep employees engaged and motivated, evolve your own leadership styles, adapt your communications, and keep operations aligned.
