Our three winners, Cheating Gourmet in the small category, Maine Coast in the medium category and Apothecary By Design, a winner in the large category for the second year in a row, are rapidly changing Maine's economy for the better. Does your company plan to give out a year-end bonus?
Poll Description

We've all worked at places where the annual bonus was a turkey, gas card or holiday jar of marmalade.

But most companies acknowledge the need to recognize hard-working employees with something more "liquid," as in cash.

HR Dive, citing a survey by the e-commerce firm Agital, estimated last week that 3-in-5 workers expect to get some kind of year-end bonus, and 42% said they expect a cash bonus.

The stakes are high for employers: About a third of workers surveyed, 34%, said without a bonus, they'd consider looking for another job.
