Realty One Group-Compass has opened it third Maine office, in Auburn.
The new Auburn office is located at 120 Center St., Suite 108.
“As part of the Realty One Group vision, I am able to give more to Realtors; with increased commissions and more support in marketing and advertising, our Realtors are able to better provide for their families and our community,” said Steve Brackett, the firm's owner and a broker.
Realty One Group-Compass now has three locations. The others are at 39 Mechanic St., Suite 300, in Westbrook, and 11 Violette Way in Manchester.
It has a total of about 70 agents.
At the opening in Auburn, Mayor Jason Levesque was joined by Auburn Director of Economic Development Jay Brenchick; City Councilor Leroy G. Walker Sr.; LA Metro Chamber President and CEO Shanna Cox; and members of the public.
“Auburn is growing and growing … this opening is happening at the right time,” said Levesque. “Auburn and the greater Auburn area are on a fast track, this whole area is.”
