5 Hutcherson Drive, Gorham: 4,704-square-foot industrial building sold to Pine State Waste Inc. by Cygnus Properties LLC for $750,000. Justin Lamontagne, Bryan Plourde, Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 23.
279 Main St., South Berwick: 3,504-square-foot retail/multifamily building sold to James Wall Building LLC by Smith/Stirling Realty Trust for $440,000. Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group and John Caramihalis from BH&G Masiello brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 22.
25 Plaza Drive, Scarborough: Measuring Up Cooking for Kids sold to Jenna Leong by Measuring Up! for $32,500. Cheri Bonawitz and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Dec. 21.
449 Main St. and 336 Main St., Ogunquit: Gorges Grant Hotel and Juniper Hill Inn with adjacent properties and additional land sold to Giri Hotel Management LLC Hanson Properties LLC, Gorges Grant Hotel LLC and Juniper Hill Inn LLC for undisclosed price. Roger Daigle and Bridget Conley of Daigle Commercial Group Inc. facilitated the sales, which closed Dec. 21.
