Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has hired Zackary Haynes as branch relationship manager for locations on Union Street and Stillwater Avenue in Bangor.
Haynes will lead teams of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families and businesses in Greater Bangor meet their financial goals.
Haynes has seven years of experience in retail banking. He began his career in 2017 as a lead teller at KeyBank, and took on increasing leadership responsibilities.
Eventually, he became a mortgage loan officer, a role he held until joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust.
Haynes received his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maine.
The Hampton resident is also an active volunteer in the community. He is vice chair for Fusion: Bangor, a network of young residents committed to the growth of the Greater Bangor Region.
He is also a Bangor Regional Community Council member and is on the Steering Committee for the Maine Development Foundation’s Realize Maine Network.
