Benchmark Real Estate owner launches home-selling guide

Benchmark Real Estate owner and real estate broker Tom Landry launched a guide designed to help homeowners sell their homes. 

Available for free download or print order, the magazine-style booklet walks homeowners through every phase of the selling journey — from prep and pricing to marketing, negotiations and closing. 

The goal is to help sellers throughout Maine in today’s shifting real estate landscape, according to a news release.

“This is the same system I’ve used to help hundreds of Maine homeowners get top dollar, avoid pitfalls and sell with confidence,” said Landry.
