Benchmark Real Estate recently hired Katrina James as its new marketing coordinator and Amato Polselli as a broker.
James has hands-on real estate experience and holds a degree in graphic design. Her experience in the real estate sector range from executive assistant to marketing coordinator at a boutique real estate brokerage. In 2022, she obtained a real estate license.
"I’m excited to join Benchmark because of its excellent reputation as an established brokerage with a powerful brand identity," she said.
The combination of experience in real estate and design is expected to bring a fresh perspective to Benchmark’s marketing strategies.
Polselli has a background in the Denver, Colo., market as well as an understanding of Maine's real estate landscape.
Born and raised in Maine, he worked in Denver converting Class C properties into premium assets. In Maine, it’s expected he will leverage that expertise in the real estate market and in property renovation.
Founded in 2005 and led by Tom Landry, Benchmark offers sales, consulting, development and investor services. It is headquartered in Portland.
