Camden National Bank is growing its Portland office with two senior wealth management advisors with decades of experience.
Rachael Billings is a certified trust and fiduciary advisor who was employed by Bangor Savings Bank as a wealth relationship manager.
Billings works closely with individuals, families and businesses to identify goals and develop personalized financial plans to achieve their objectives. She guides clients through the estate planning process and uses her extensive knowledge of trusts to manage complex relationships.
She graduated from the University of Maine, earning a bachelor of arts in international affairs and political science, and is a Maine Estate Planning Council member. She resides in North Yarmouth with her family.
Andrew Livingston is a chartered financial analyst and a certified financial planner who delivers investment portfolio solutions to his clients using an integrated approach to wealth planning. Working with individuals, families and foundations, he implements customized investment strategies. Livingston is a member of the investment committee, where he analyzes and develops investment strategies. He also researches the equity market and security valuation as a member of the stock committee.
Before joining Camden National, Livingston was a portfolio manager at Key Private Bank.
Livingston graduated from Bates College with a bachelor of arts in economics. He is active in his community and serves on the board of directors at the Alfond Youth and Community Center and is chair of the investment committee. He is also part of the State of Maine Treasurer’s Trust Fund Advisory committee and treasurer of the Frank J. Gaziano Memorial Offensive and Defensive Lineman Awards.
