Coldwell Banker Realty held a grand opening June 18 of its new real estate office at 11 Main St., Suite 4, in Kennebunk.
The ribbon-cutting was hosted by the company’s managing brokers and affiliated agents and welcomed the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport-Arundel Chamber of Commerce and other members of the local business community.
The office was optimized to meet the needs of clients and Coldwell Banker Realty agents throughout southern Maine, according to a news release. Jon Finch and Christian Steppe, regional managing brokers, will oversee the office.
Coldwell Banker Realty in New England is a residential real estate brokerage company with approximately 6,300 affiliated agents and 90 office locations.
The organization serves consumers in Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut. Coldwell Banker Realty is owned by a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE:HOUS).
