Colliers, a firm focused on commercial real estate services, added Kevin Coyne as a brokerage associate in its Portland office.
Coyne has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment, including industrial, land development, office, multifamily, retail and investment properties.
“I’m confident that his extensive background in commercial banking, investment real estate, and development will add immediate value for our clients and will serve as tremendous tools as he transitions to the brokerage side of the deal,” said Mike Cobb, Collier’s managing director for Maine.
Before joining Colliers, Coyne served as vice president of commercial lending at a local community bank, where he managed the institution’s largest real estate portfolio across southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. His background includes credit, portfolio management, commercial lending and capital markets, including guiding clients through initial underwriting and structuring tailored capital solutions such as permanent loans, agency debt, construction financing and bridge loans.
Since 2010, he has been involved in managing his family’s real estate holdings.
A Portland native, he holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern Maine and master of business administration and master of science in real estate degrees from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
