Cook's Corner purchased by New York firm in $13.2M deal
The popular Brunswick shopping center Cook’s Corner is now under new ownership after a $13.2 million purchase.
The New York-based real estate developer Katz Properties purchased the center, which is currently 84% occupied and home to Sears and Regal Cinemas, among other well-known companies, according to The Portland Press Herald.
The addition of Cook’s Corner to Katz’s already extensive portfolio, which focuses on grocery anchored and regional shopping centers across the eastern United States and Florida, closed last Thursday.
