EXIT Oceanside Realty’s move this year to 913 Post Road, Unit E, in Wells gives the company a larger location that offers more workspace for agents.
The EXIT Realty franchise is owned by Rick and Pam Coyne.
"They wanted a location that would allow each agent a more comfortable workspace allowing them to thrive," Michael Wohl, regional owner of EXIT Realty New England, said in a news release.
EXIT Oceanside Realty is part of EXIT Realty New England’s independently owned and operated franchise brokerages.
Rick Coyne began his real estate career in 2004, after a long career as a health and physical education teacher and coach in Wells and Brunswick. He and his wife Pam opened EXIT Oceanside Realty in 2012. Coyne specializes in residential sales, for year-round residences, seasonal properties and investment properties along the coast of southern Maine.
As a former teacher and coach, Coyne places much of his focus on mentoring and training his team.
"We are very excited to contribute even more to our community and assist residents with their real estate needs," said Pam Coyne.
The Coynes and EXIT Oceanside Realty donate time and resources to various organizations in the Wells community. Coyne has served twice as president of the Wells Rotary Club. EXIT Oceanside Realty sponsored the EXIT Realty Little League team this year.
