EXIT Realty launches agent coaching platform
EXIT Realty New England, which has offices in Wells and Shapleigh, launched a coaching platform designed to help real estate agents throughout their careers.
The initiative was created by EXIT professionals and is designed to provide personalized guidance and support, according to a news release.
“Every real estate agent, at some point, considers getting a coach,” said Michael Wohl, the firm’s regional owner, based in Boston. “The challenge lies in finding someone who truly understands your career stage and has the practical experience to help you grow within your brokerage.”
The firm said the platform offers five levels, each designed to cater to specific needs:
- Launch: For new or nearly new agents who want to launch their business with a goal of securing consistent income by the end of their first year in the program.
- Grow: For agents who have achieved an initial level of income and are focused on building a stable and reliable business.
- Build: An advanced level designed for the agent ready to achieve higher production and earning levels.
- Elevate: A program designed for top producers seeking a strategic approach to further refine and expand their business.
- Broker: Tailored for brokers looking to enhance operations with a focus on key components such as business planning, profit and loss analysis, and office structure.
