Hall Internet Marketing acquires design firm
The Portland-based Hall Internet Marketing has acquired Haseltine Design of Wells, a move the marketing firm said complements a goal to expand nationally. Hall did not disclose the terms of the purchase.
The company said in a press release that the staff acquired from Haseltine would fill an immediate need for its services in marketing for retail and business-to-business clients.
Tom Hall, the company’s founder and president, said the acquisition comes after the 15-year-old company logged record sales and profits for December and January.
