Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty has hired a second-generation Realtor as its next vice president at its Portland office.
Kali Pratt said she's always had an interest in real estate, and guiding people in the home purchasing and selling process was the natural next step after an earlier career choice.
Pratt said she followed in the footsteps of her father, Vaughan Pratt, who was also a broker but is now retired.
Prior to joining Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Pratt worked as a licensed associate real estate broker at David Banks Real Estate, RE/MAX by the Bay for two years.
Pratt has a background in a variety of creative industries, including interior design and photography, and once ran her own furniture-painting business.
"Kali has a very strong background in marketing and graphic design, which, coupled with her adeptness at clear and timely communication, allows her to work efficiently with her clients while presenting the homes she represents in their best possible light," said the firm's president, Chris Lynch. "We are confident that Kali will be able to leverage our global network and unique resources to help her clients meet their real estate goals.”
Pratt has been living in Maine for over 30 years, following her family's relocation to Maine from Philadelphia when she began high school. The second Realtor in her family, Pratt now lives in Cumberland.
Pratt attended Simmons University in Boston, earning a bachelor's in graphic design and art history.
Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty has offices in Portland, Kennebunk, Brunswick, Damariscotta, Camden, and Northeast Harbor, is Maine's leading luxury and lifestyle property company with six offices and more than 90 agents serving Maine and New Hampshire’s coastal, lake, and mountain communities.
