Rinck Advertising, a marketing, advertising and public relations agency headquartered in Lewiston, has made four new hires and promoted two employees to leadership positions.
"Rinck Advertising's strategic hires and promotions position the agency for significant growth in 2025,” said Laura Rinck, president of the firm.
“This expansion of our talented team, encompassing both new hires and elevated leaders, provides us with the expertise to better serve our expanding, diverse client base across local, national, and global markets, delivering comprehensive marketing solutions."
Emily Broadbent, based in Cape Elizabeth, has been hired as senior account manager. She is a marketing strategist with a decade of agency experience. In this role, she will support Maine-based clients such as Androscoggin Bank, MaineGeneral Health, MaineHousing and Safe Voices.
Prior to joining Rinck, she was the account manager for Fluent IMC. Broadbent received her bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Loyola University Chicago.
Lynn Wassmer has been hired as a paid social media manager. In this role, she will support the social media strategy for Rinck’s business-to-business clients.
Based in Illinois, she was previously a global paid media specialist at UL Solutions. Wassmer received a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's in liberal studies from Lake Forest College.
Samantha Habayeb, based in Maryland, has been hired as senior account manager. She brings over 14 years of experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets across various international markets, including the U.S., the Middle East, and the United Kingdom.
In her new role, she will oversee client accounts such as Colman’s USA, Dental Herb and Pears. Habayeb received her bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing from the University of Gloucestershire.
April Dlugokeski, based in Maryland, has been hired as senior project manager. Before joining Rinck, she held leadership roles with Flight Safety International, Marriner Marketing and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
In this new role, Dlugokeski will support clients like Al Fresco, Olitalia, Unilever International, Dove, Vaseline, Pears and Novonesis. She received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Towson University.
Yany Avelar has been promoted to Senior UX/UI Designer. She is based in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Prior to joining Rinck, she was the lead multimedia designer at 605 Magazine + 605 Weddings. Avalar received her bachelor's degree in graphic design from South Dakota State University and a master's in software design and programming and user experience strategy from the University of Denver.
Sarah Bird, based in Maryland, has been promoted to associate creative director of content culture and innovation. In this role, she will focus on cultivating client connections and fostering a culture of innovation. She has held other positions at Rinck, including social media manager and content director.
Founded in 2001, Rinck has offices on Lisbon Street in downtown Lewiston, with remote locations across the U.S. The firm's work includes brand-building, creative services, media planning and buying, digital strategy, influencer marketing and content marketing.
Rinck Advertising ranks No. 10 among Maine's largest woman-owned businesses. The firm has 33 Maine employees.
