Cardente Real Estate announced today that SEKA Properties LLC has purchased Lower Falls Landing in Yarmouth for $5.4 million.
Located at 106 Lafayette St., the 5.1 acre waterfront property on the Royal River includes a 40,900-square-foot office and retail building, The Royal River Grillhouse restaurant and 26 boat slips.
Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate brokered the sale on behalf of the sellers, Lower Falls Landing Associates, and Jennifer Yilmaz of Applewood Realty represented the buyers.
In its online marketing of the property, Cardente Real Estate described Lower Falls Landing as a “signature investment property in one of Maine’s most desirable communities” that’s “occupied by a mixed group of high-quality tenants.”
Originally constructed as a cannery, the property was described by Cardente as having been “painstakingly redeveloped” into high-quality office space with retail on the first floor and ample on-site parking.
