Cross Insurance in Portland hired James Kapothanasis, Ian Torrey, Zach Fortin and Millie MacDonald as commercial lines account executives.
The U.S. Small Business Administration hired David Culp as outreach and marketing specialist for the Maine District Office in Augusta. Culp was previously a civilian employee at the Maine National Guard.
