Good Shepherd Food Bank in Auburn hired Georgia Jenkins as corporate and foundation relations officer, Jane Clifford as volunteer program manager and Megan Crowder as marketing and communications coordinator. Rosenthal, who has 40 years of experience covering a diverse array of matters and transactions, with particular focus on the representation of financial institutions and other public companies in disclosure and related corporate law matters, was previously deputy general counsel for The PNC Financial Services Group Inc.
Payroll Management Inc., an Auburn based independent payroll processing, human resources and tax support services firm for small and medium-sized businesses, hired Ben Getchell as COO. Previously, Getchell was director of service operations at Unum in South Portland.

Final Draft CAD LLC, a BIM and CAD consulting firm in Portland, hired Ted Stam as vice president in support of its ongoing expansion. Stam was previously director of facilities at Bowdoin College in Brunswick.

The Maine Community Foundation in Ellsworth elected Mark Howard to its board of directors. Howard is a managing director and senior multi-asset specialist at BNP Paribas, a French international banking group.
Tilson, a network development and information infrastructure professional services firm in Portland, said Joshua Broder, CEO, was appointed to the INCOMPAS board of directors and Timothy Schneider, general counsel, will serve as the firm’s representative on the organization’s policy committee.

The University of Maine System board of trustees elected James Erwin to serve as board chair and Mark Gardner as vice chair. Erwin will be serving his fourth and final year as chair while Gardner will be serving his first year as vice chair.
Harpswell Capital Advisors, an investment firm in New Gloucester dedicated to serving nonprofits, said it was one of only 108 firms in the U.S., and the only one in Maine, named to the “2020 Top Charitable Financial Advisor Firms” by investor.com.
Clark Insurance in Portland said its personal Insurance division received Cornerstone designation from Chubb, a global provider of insurance products. According to the firm, only 7% of the 3,600 U.S. personal insurance agencies that work with organization earned the designation. The firm also reported that Kelly St. Onge, senior account manager, earned the “Award of Excellence” designation from Safeco Insurance Co.
