Northern Light Neurology in Bangor hired Bakhtier Nurmukhamedov as a neurologist. Nurmukhamedov, who is board certified in neurology and epilepsy from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, recently completed his fellowship in epilepsy from Mt. Sinai Hospital, Icahn School of Medicine.

The Boulos Co., a commercial real estate firm in Portland, hired Christopher Stephenson as vice president of operations and marketing. Stephenson was previously with Atlantic National Trust.
Covetrus Inc., an animal-health technology and services company in Portland, hired Jamey Seely as general counsel and corporate secretary. Seely most recently served as president and general counsel of Integra, a developer of blockchain technology for the legal industry.
Kelly, Remmel & Zimmerman, a law firm in Portland, hired Shea Watson as an attorney. Watson previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Joseph M. Jabar, associate justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

CEI Capital Management LLC, a New Markets Tax Credit investment firm in Brunswick, promoted Traci Vaine to CEO of the wholly owned subsidiary of Maine-based Community Development Financial Institution, Coastal Enterprises Inc. Vaine served as chief compliance officer for the past eight years.
