Among Maine women piloting businesses and mission-driven nonprofits, who deserves to honored as a 2020 Mainebiz Woman to Watch for her outstanding accomplishments?
As Mainebiz marks the 13th year of its annual awards series, we look forward to celebrating a new crop of female pathfinders, role models and mentors for their contributions to their organizations, their sectors and their communities.
To do that, we need your help in finding this year's Women to Watch, including individuals who may not be on our radar but deserve to be, and from diverse backgrounds.
Please submit your nomination by June 30.
Perhaps someone who has stepped up to start a new venture or helped a business or nonprofit shift gears during the COVID-19 crisis?
Or someone who has broken through the glass ceiling in her field and serves as an inspiration to young people during these troubled times?
We welcome your input and suggestions, and look forward to telling the stories of this year's class in the Aug. 10 edition of Mainebiz.
In keeping with tradition, honorees will also be feted at an awards reception later in the year.
Here's what we're looking for in the 2020 Women to Watch:
