He has served as president and CEO of franchised and non-franchised businesses, purchased six companies in the wireless fields and the brokerage industry, and oversaw the creation of a residential neighborhood, from land development to construction to sales. He co-founded a start-up internet business. He’s grown his small family business significantly, from five employees to 46 and an additional two locations before selling it. He was awarded a Life Term membership by the Maine Association of Realtors.

Malone Commercial Brokers announced Lucille Holt-Sottery has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. This union brings innovative synergistic energy, and a unique business opportunity to Malone, its clients and it’s a brokers.
“I am excited to work and collaborate with the Malone team agents and clients,” said Holt-Sottery. “This platform gives me the advantage to leverage my experience and insights to further achieve our identified key growth areas and factors.”
Before joining Malone, Holt-Sottery founded the business and career development company Collaborations, which takes an idea from incubation, formulates business and strategic planning, marketing and product development. She also developed a real estate consulting and referral network for buyers, sellers and investors. Collaborations will operate as a separate entity under Malone.
Holt-Sottery will work with individuals beyond the acquisition of space and create a business platform that offers and supports stability, investment and expansion opportunities.
She is a member of Maine Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Graduate Realtors Institute, and president of Greater Portland Board of Realtors president.
NAI The Dunham Group, in Portland, hired Andrew LeBlanc as a broker. LeBlanc was previously associate director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. in Boston, Mass., with experience in commercial real estate financing, deal structuring, asset dispositions and property management. He specializes in the Central Maine market, helping clients manage real estate portfolios. He is a native Mainer, avid golfer and tennis player, and enjoys weekends camping and hiking with his fiancée and their two dogs.
