CBRE|The Boulos Company is pleased to announce that Cole Smith has been hired as an Associate. Smith assists in the brokerage duties for the company in the Greater Portland region. Smith is from Scarborough and attended the University of Maine/Farmington, where he majored in Business Administration. He is currently in the Army Reserves as a military police officer. His commercial real estate professional experience includes internships at both Jones Lang Lasalle and CBRE|The Boulos Company. A former ski instructor at Sugarloaf, Smith is an avid skier as well as a huge sports fan.
