Mike Anderson has joined the brokerage staff of Malone Commercial Brokers in Portland. Anderson, a licensed broker in the State of Maine, is well-versed in the commercial real estate industry, having experience with sales and leasing transactions in market sectors including retail, office, industrial, and multi-family and mixed-use investment properties. In addition, he has completed a wide range of due diligence projects for firms specializing in acquiring debt secured by commercial real estate assets across the U.S. This work has given him a broad perspective of the national commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Malone Commercial Brokers, Anderson was a broker at Paragon Commercial Real Estate in Portland for seven years.
