Uprise Partners, a Portland-based information technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, has hired Jason Romer as its chief experience officer.
Romer will integrate customer-centric strategies with Uprise Partner’s cutting-edge IT and security solutions, ensuring unparalleled protection and service.
Romer told Mainebiz he will support the teams "in refining our solution delivery to not only meet our clients' expectations but to exceed them. We will achieve this goal by ushering in a new era of efficiency, consistency and top-tier acumen to ensure that Uprise Partners continues the stellar service that clientele know today.”
Romer has over 20 years of experience leveraging advanced technology and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Uprise Partners, he was an executive at Titanium IT, where he led the managed services, engineering, and operations divisions. He specializes in delivering elite client solutions, managed services operations, and customer success.
Prior to Uprise, New Jersey native has worked as director of client services at Chart Technology Solutions, director of technical services at PriorityOne Group and other leadership roles.
